What does a Permaculture Design Course offer?
This course introduces you to the principles and practices of Permaculture, a practical ecological design system for creating regenerative human habitat. Permaculture is a worldwide movement that offers tools, skills, knowledge and inspiration based on a combination of ancient wisdoms and modern scientific knowledge. Recognizing that we've all been born into a culture that disconnects us from Nature, Permaculture empowers us to re-naturalize and localize our living environments. It supports our ability to provide for our own basic needs as we create a sustainable future for ourselves, our family, our community and planet.

How is the course taught?
This Permaculture Certification Course is presented by a team of instructors, using lecture, discussion, hands-on projects, demonstrations, videos, site visits, and student presentations as teaching tools. Be prepared for a big information download. Because Permaculture attracts some of the most intelligent, dedicated, vital people on the planet, you can expect that the social and cultural aspects of this course will be as rich as the intellectual.
