Membership
Membership Levels:

Practitioner $25-$55: You will receive our quarterly newsletter & invitation to an annual member appreciation party.
Actionary $56-$122: Above, plus a 10% discount for events up to two days long.
Visionary $123-$199: Above, plus a 10% discount for all events.

Sponsorship Levels:
Along with membership benefits (see above), as a sponsor you will receive:
Home $200-$499: Acknowledgment in our quarterly newsletter and at benefit events; a copy of the book Building Green.
Garden $500-$999: Above, plus a one day workshop free-of-charge.
Neighborhood $1,000-$4,999: Above, plus a three-day workshop free-of-charge.

If you would like to donate any of your sponsorship benefits to a local activist or someone of your choice, please let us know.

2) Throw a benefit event for Kleiwerks International. It could be a party, concert, dinner, dance, presentation, educational event, or whatever suits you. We will be happy to send you our promotional package which includes a short funding appeal, a seven-minute promo video, brochures and photographs. We are also happy to help brainstorm fundraising ideas with you.

Your support goes…
Contributions go towards Kleiwerks International Operational Fund, which covers our day-to-day expenses and educational programs and projects with communities around the world, including website and resource library, airfare to projects, documentary equipment, scholarships for community leaders, instructor and coordinating fees, and so on. We have done so much with so little. Any and all support will go a very long way.

Kleiwerks International is a 501(c)(3) international non-profit. We depend on the support of others to help us provide significant educational programs and projects with communities around the world, teaching people how to build in a truly sustainable way. Your support ensures the continuation of our successful solution-based work and is a way for you to participate in the critical effort to sustain our world – its natural environment, local communities, economies, food and energy supplies. All contributions are 100% tax-deductible.

We are very sincere in our efforts to empower people. We believe in the rights of all persons, regardless of one's financial situation, to dignified, affordable housing that does not cause negative impact to our precious planet. When you donate to Kleiwerks International, you are contributing to the empowerment of people across the globe. Individuals who participate in our trainings become resources in their own communities. Every person that learns from someone we have trained becomes another member of a worldwide network on behalf of the planet and its people. Your contribution strengthens this network of hope.

With minimal financial resources we have accomplished a huge amount (see project archives). We have worked by invitation with non-profit NGOs, villages, orphanages, seed-saving centers, schools, and organized grassroots networks. We teach communities and individuals how to build for themselves with affordable, indigenous and recyclable materials. Currently, there is so much demand that we need to continue expanding and diversifying our core support teams in order to keep up.

Thus far, we have done most of our work with no outside funding. We are finally beginning to ask for help from external funding sources because we want to respond to what the world is asking of us.
